This Shipping Policy covers where Yozcoffee ships, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, customs charges, and what to do if an order is delayed, lost, damaged, refused, or returned.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries and regions listed below. If your country, region, state, or territory isn't listed or doesn't appear at checkout, we're unable to ship there at this time.

Available destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico), and Vietnam.

United States note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico. Orders with shipping addresses in these locations cannot be fulfilled.

Estimated delivery time

The times below are standard transit estimates after your order ships. They do not include the 1-2 business day processing time, and business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time. During peak periods, holidays, supplier restocks, or address and payment review, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Every order ships free with standard shipping, with no minimum order value, product type, package weight, or promo code required.

No shipping fee is charged at checkout. Availability still depends on your destination and address; if no shipping method appears for your address, we're unable to ship that order at this time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Some orders ship in more than one package, so you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

As the seller, Yozcoffee is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, and other import-related charges required by the destination country or region.

You won't need to pay these charges separately. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to, contact us at support@yozcoffee.com before paying. Please note that customs processing can still delay delivery beyond the estimated transit time.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your package runs past the estimated delivery window, email us at support@yozcoffee.com with your order number and tracking number, and we'll review the tracking status and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner where possible.

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing an item, contact us as soon as possible. To help speed up carrier review, we recommend reporting visible damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery, and a potentially lost package within 7 days after the estimated delivery window has passed. This recommendation does not shorten the 30-calendar-day return window described in our Return Policy or any rights available under applicable law. Please include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the package, shipping label, damaged packaging, and damaged item where applicable.

Incorrect addresses, refused delivery, and returned packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Yozcoffee isn't responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address provided by the customer.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, rejected by customs, or returned because the address is incorrect or unavailable, we'll review the case once it's returned to the sender or fulfillment partner. Refunds or reshipments, where available, may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other carrier fees. Yozcoffee remains responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local import charges.
