Coffee Storage

Oxygen, light, heat and moisture are what stale roasted coffee. A sealed opaque canister slows all four and buys you a couple of usable weeks instead of a few days.

Both are 304 stainless steel with a one-way valve that lets CO₂ out without letting air back in: a 600 ml with a built-in humidity gauge, and a larger 1.5, 1.8 or 2.8 L with a date tracker and scoop. Keep it in a cupboard, not the fridge.
